The application and value of holistic nursing in elderly patients with chronic eczema
整体护理在老年慢性湿疹患者的应用与价值研究

摘要

目的 分析整体护理在老年慢性湿疹患者的应用与价值。方法 选取于 2022 年 10 月-2023 年 5 月收 治的 104 例老年慢性湿疹患者纳入研究，通过便利抽样法分为试验组与观察组，每组 52 例。观察组患者应用常 规护理，试验组患者应用整体护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 试验组患者在采用整体护理后，其皮损情况、治 疗依从性、生活质量评分均优于观察组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在老年慢性湿疹患者护理过程中，应 用整体护理效果显著，可有效改善患者皮损情况，提升其治疗依从性，从而提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application and value of holistic nursing in elderly patients with chronic eczema. Method 56 elderly patients with chronic eczema admitted to our hospital from October 2022 to October 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a random number table method, with 28 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received holistic nursing care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result After adopting holistic care, the experimental group showed better skin lesions, treatment compliance, and quality of life scores than the reference group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing process of elderly patients with chronic eczema, the application of holistic nursing has a significant effect, which can effectively improve the patient's skin lesions, enhance their treatment compliance, and thus improve their quality of life.
