摘要
】目的 分析人力资源在紧急调配状态下护士应急准备度现状和影响因素。方法 采用抽样的方式使用
应急准备度和影响因素调查问卷进行分析,从本院中选出 40 例护士进行研究,其中包含 8 例男性和 32 例女性,
对护理管理、技术以及知识掌握程度等进行阐述。结果 在应急准备度分析中明显发现,从工作年限、年龄因素、
性别因素和知识培训等方面,护士在工作年限中发现 10 年以上的护士人员明显在准备度上高于 10 年以下的护士,
紧急调配技能因素和知识培训因素中分析,有培训经验的护士明显数值高于无培训经验的护士,对比结果存在显
著差异(P<0.05),在年龄因素分析中,虽然 35 岁以前护士评分数值高于 35 岁以后,但是并未产生明显的差异
性(P>0.05)。结论 在人力资源紧急调配状态下,护士应急准备度可从知识、技术和管理等方面进行分析,同
时在影响因素中发现,该种情况和护士的工作年限、技能培训情况等有所关联。

Abstract
objective to analyze the status quo and influencing factors of nurses' emergency preparedness under
the emergency deployment of human resources. Methods a total of 40 nursing staffs were selected from our hospital to
conduct the study, including 8 males and 32 females, nursing Management, technology and knowledge mastery were
expounded. Results in the analysis of emergency preparedness, it was found that from the aspects of working years, age, gender and knowledge training, nurses who had worked for more than 10 years were found to be more prepared than
those who had worked for less than 10 years, the scores of nurses with training experience were significantly higher than
those without training experience (p<0.05) . In the analysis of age factors, the scores of nurses before 35 years old were
higher than those after 35 years old, but there was no significant difference (P>0.05). Conclusion in the state of
emergency deployment of human resources, the emergency preparedness of nursing staff can be analyzed from the
aspects of knowledge, technology and management, this kind of situation and the nursing staff's working life, the skill
training situation and so on has the correlation.
