医护一体化护理模式在超急性期脑梗死静脉溶栓中的实施效果分析

摘要

目的 分析在超急性期脑梗死静脉溶栓中采取医护一体化护理效果和影响。方法 选择样本时间在 2022 年 1 月到 2023 年 1 月期间，本院收治 150 例超急性期脑梗死静脉溶栓患者，通过随机数字表法分成对照组 （常规护理）和研究组（医护一体化护理）各 75 例，比较组间满意度、临床指标等问题。结果 研究组满意度（97.33%） 高于对照组（84%），另外该组溶栓时间以及住院时间均短于对照组，组间差异 P<0.05。结论 对急性期脑梗死静 脉溶栓患者采取医护一体化护理效果明显，有利于缩短患者临床指标时间，提高护理满意度，值得推广借鉴。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness and impact of adopting integrated medical and nursing care in intravenous thrombolysis for hyperacute cerebral infarction.Method A sample of 150 patients with hyperacute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis was selected from January 2022 to January 2023. They were randomly divided into a control group (conventional nursing) and a study group (integrated medical care) using a random number table method, with 75 patients in each group. The satisfaction and clinical indicators between the groups were compared.Result The satisfaction rate of the study group (97.33%) was higher than that of the control group (84%). In addition, the thrombolysis time and hospitalization time in this group were shorter than those in the control group, and the quality of life score was higher. The difference between the groups was P<0.05.
Conclusion   The integrated medical and nursing care for patients with acute cerebral infarction undergoing intravenous thrombolysis has a significant effect, which is beneficial for shortening the clinical indicator time, improving quality of life, and increasing nursing satisfaction. It is worth promoting and referencing.
