Analysis of the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the perioperative mental health of patients withintracranial tumors
心理护理干预对颅内肿瘤患者围手术期心理健康的效果分析

摘要

目的 分析心理护理干预对颅内肿瘤患者围手术期心理健康的效果。方法 将我院 2022.09 月-2023.09 月收治的 72 例需行手术治疗的颅内肿瘤患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为试验组与参考组，每组 36 例。参 考组应用常规护理，试验组在此基础上加以心理护理干预，对比两组护理效果。结果 试验组在采用心理护理干 预后，其心理状态评分、生活质量评分、护理满意度均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在颅内肿 瘤患者围手术期护理中应用心理护理干预，可有效减少其负面情绪，提升其生活质量，从而提高护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of psychological nursing intervention on the perioperative mental health of patients with intracranial tumors. Method 72 patients with intracranial tumors requiring surgical treatment admitted to our hospital from September 2022 to September 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a random number table method, with 36 patients in each group. The reference group received routine nursing care, while the experimental group received psychological nursing intervention on this basis, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result After using psychological nursing intervention, the experimental group showed better scores in terms of psychological status, quality of life, and nursing satisfaction than the reference group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of psychological nursing intervention in the perioperative care of patients with intracranial tumors can effectively reduce their negative emotions, improve their quality of life, and thus improve nursing satisfaction.
