摘要
目的 探讨并分析心理健康教育结合家庭教育在社区获得性肺炎患儿中的应用效果。方法 选取我
院收治的 80 例社区获得性肺炎患儿,作为本次研究对象,并采取计算机表法,分为对照组(n=40)和研究组
(n=40),对照组采取常规护理,研究组在此基础上采取心理健康教育结合家庭教育,对比两组护理效果。结果
研究组治疗依从性高于对照组,症状缓解时间及住院时间均短于对照组,组间存在差异。结论 将心理健康教育
结合家庭教育应用于社区获得性肺炎患儿中,能够有效提升患儿的治疗依从性,进而加快其康复,值得推广应
用。

Abstract
Objective To explore and analyze the application effect of combining mental health education with
family education in children with community-acquired pneumonia.Method 80 children with community-acquired
pneumonia admitted to our hospital were selected as the research subjects and were divided into a control group (n=40)
and a study group (n=40) using computer tabulation. The control group received routine nursing care, while the study
group received psychological health education combined with family education to compare the nursing effects of the two
groups.Result The treatment compliance of the study group was higher than that of the control group, and the symptom
relief time and hospitalization time were shorter than those of the control group. There were differences between the
groups.Conclusion Combining mental health education with family education in children with community-acquired
pneumonia can effectively improve their treatment compliance and accelerate their recovery, which is worth promoting
and applying.
