摘要
目的 分析耳穴压豆治疗儿童过敏性鼻炎（AR）护理效果。方法 选择 2023 年 7 月~2023 年 10 月我
院收治的 80 例 AR 患儿，随机平分成两组，对照组和观察组在治疗过程中分别采用常规护理和综合性护理，对
比护理效果。结果 观察组各指标水平均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 在儿童过敏性鼻炎进行耳穴压豆治
疗过程中采用综合性护理，能够使患儿的症状得到改善，使治疗依从性和护理满意度提高，使生活质量提升。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of ear point pressure bean in treating allergic rhinitis (AR) in
children. Methods 80 children with AR admitted to our hospital from July 2023 to October 2023 were selected and
randomly divided into two groups. The control group and the observation group adopted routine nursing and
comprehensive nursing respectively in the treatment process to compare the nursing effect. Results The index level of the
observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The use of comprehensive
nursing in the treatment of children's allergic rhinitis can improve the symptoms of children, improve the treatment
compliance and nursing satisfaction, and improve the quality of life
