Analysis of the nursing effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Baduanjin oncervical vertigo
中医情志护理联合八段锦对颈性眩晕的护理效果分析

摘要

目的 进行颈性眩晕患者中行中医情志护理联合八段锦的效果探究。方法 本次选取主要为颈性眩晕 患者 71 例，试验起始于 2022 年 1 月内，终止于 2022 年 12 月内，试验以双盲法进行分组，对照组 37 例行常规 护理，观察组 34 例行中医情志护理联合八段锦。比对结果。结果 两组相比，观察组面色淡白、心悸少寐、头晕 目眩等症状积分均低于对照组（P<0.05）；观察组生理功能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会功能、情感职能、 精神健康、一般健康状况等各项生活质量评分均高于对照组（P<0.05）。结论 于颈性眩晕患者中行中医情志护 理联合八段锦，有利于改善临床症状与生活质量，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Baduanjin on cervical vertigo patients. Method 71 patients with cervical vertigo were selected for this study. The trial started in January 2022 and ended in December 2022. The trial was divided into two groups using a double-blind method. The control group received routine care for 37 cases, while the observation group received traditional Chinese medicine emotional care combined with Baduanjin for 34 cases. Compare the results. Result Compared with the control group, the observation group had lower scores for symptoms such as pale complexion, palpitations, lack of sleep, dizziness, and dizziness (P<0.05); The quality of life scores of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, energy, social function, emotional function, mental health, and general health status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Traditional Chinese medicine emotional nursing combined with Baduanjin is beneficial for improving clinical symptoms and quality of life in patients with cervical vertigo, and is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
