老年综合评估下的随访护理对高血压合并糖尿病患者血糖血压及服药依从性的影响

摘要

目的 研究在护理高血压合并糖尿病患者时，实施老年综合评估下的随访护理对患者血糖、血压变 化及服药依从性产生的影响。方法 选择 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 3 月在我院开展治疗的 95 例高血压合并糖尿病 的患者参与研究，将患者们分为 2 组。对照组开展常规随访护理，观察组应用老年综合评估下的随访护理。对 比两组患者护理后血糖值和血压值变化。结果 所有患者在经过随访护理后，血压和血糖值均有所下降，且服药 依从性提高，同时观察组护理后的变化优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 在对高血压合并糖 尿病患者开展随访护理时，应用老年综合评估办法可以提高护理效果，有效改善患者症状，提高患者服药依从 性。

Abstract

Objective To study the effect of follow-up nursing under comprehensive assessment on blood glucose, blood pressure and medication compliance in patients with hypertension combined with diabetes.
Methods 95 patients with hypertension combined with diabetes who were treated in our hospital from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected to participate in the study, and the patients were divided into two groups. The control group received routine follow-up care, and the observation group received follow-up care under comprehensive assessment of the elderly. The changes of blood glucose and blood pressure after nursing were compared between the two groups.
Results After follow- up care, blood pressure and blood glucose were decreased in all patients, and medication compliance was improved. Meanwhile, the changes after care in the observation group were better than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the follow-up nursing of patients with hypertension combined with diabetes, the application of comprehensive assessment of the elderly can improve the nursing effect, effectively improve the symptoms of patients, and improve the compliance of patients.
