The application value of bedside teaching in clinical nursing teaching of gastrointestinal surgery and satisfactionduring nursing practice
床边教学在胃肠外科临床护理带教中的应用价值和护理实习期满意度观察

摘要

目的本文评价床边教学在胃肠外科临床护理带教中的应用价值和对护理实习期满意度的影响意义， 期待可为领域研究提供有价值参考意见，促进其发展进程的推进。方法 本次实验以对照形式展开，将本院胃肠 外科实习的 72 名护生设为研究对象，将 2021 年 6 月至 2022 年 6 月作为研究期限，遵循“平行序贯”分组方式对 72 名护生进行小组划分，并将不同带教方案提供于此，实行传统带教方案的小组命名为参照组（划入人数=36； 实行床边教学带教模式的小组命名为研究组（划入人数=36，而后对相关数据进行收集整理、分析讨论，整合比 对，做全情阐述。数据包含：基础理论知识、综合能力考核分数、护理实习期满意度。结果 两组相比、不同带 教方案相比，研究组护生各项评分均显优另一组，以明显优劣差异将实验价值体现，P 值达小于 0.05 标准。结论 床边教学方案的实施应用，可有效提升胃肠外科临床护理带教工作的最终效果，具体可见于以下方面：护生在理 论知识水平与综合能力方面均得到有效提升，另外在实习效果满意度方面也得到极大增强，值得肯定与推崇。

Abstract

Objective This paper evaluates the application value of bedside teaching in clinical nursing teaching in gastrointestinal surgery and its influence significance on the satisfaction of nursing practice, and expects to provide valuable reference opinions for field research and promote its development process.
Methods This experiment was conducted in the form of comparison, and 72 nursing students in gastrointestinal surgery in our hospital were set as the study objects. From June 2021 to June 2022 as the study period, 72 nursing students were divided and provided different teaching programs. The group named the reference group (number =36; the research group (number =36, and then collect, organize, analyze and discuss relevant data, integrate and compare, and make complete elaboration. Data include: basic theoretical knowledge, comprehensive ability assessment score, nursing internship satisfaction.
Results Compared with the two groups and different teaching programs, the nursing students in the research group were better in the other group. The experimental value was reflected by obvious differences, and the P value was less than 0.05 standard.
Conclusion   The implementation and application of bedside teaching program can effectively improve the final effect of clinical nursing teaching in gastrointestinal surgery, which can be seen in the following aspects: the theoretical knowledge level and comprehensive ability of nursing students have been effectively improved, and in addition, the satisfaction of practice effect has also been greatly enhanced, which is worthy of recognition and praise.
