Study on the Effect of Nursing Intervention on Elderly Hypertensive Patients
老年高血压患者应用护理干预的效果研究

摘要

目的 本研究旨在评估护理干预对老年高血压患者的效果。方法 选择 2022 年 4 月到 2023 年 4 月收 治的老年高血压患者 90 例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照组（n=45 例，实施常规治疗）与实验 组（n=45 例，治疗过程中实施护理干预）。对比两组血压水平以及生活质量。结果 实验组血压水平低于对照组， 有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；同时实验组生活质量评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 护理干预在 老年高血压患者中具有显著的效果。通过针对性的护理干预，可以有效降低血压水平，提高生活质量。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of nursing interventions on elderly hypertensive patients. Method 90 elderly hypertensive patients admitted from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=45 cases, receiving routine treatment) and an experimental group (n=45 cases, receiving nursing intervention during the treatment process) using a random number table method. Compare blood pressure levels and quality of life between the two groups. Result The blood pressure level in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Nursing intervention has a significant effect on elderly hypertensive patients. Targeted nursing interventions can effectively reduce blood pressure levels and improve quality of life.
