以功能康复为核心的护理模式在急性缺血性脑卒中机械取栓术后患者中的应用效果

摘要

目的 分析以功能康复为核心的护理模式在急性缺血性脑卒中（AIS）机械取栓术后患者中的应用效 果。方法 选择 2021 年 6 月~2022 年 7 月我院收治的 60 例行机械取栓术的 AIS 患者，随机平分成两组，对照组 和观察组分别进行常规护理和以功能康复为核心的护理模式，对比效果。结果 观察组各项指标水平均明显优于 对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 实行以功能康复为核心的护理模式能够使进行机械取栓术的 AIS 患者的神经功能和肢 体功能快速恢复，使自我护理能力有效提高，使并发症发生率减少。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application effect of a nursing model centered on functional rehabilitation in patients after mechanical thrombectomy for acute ischemic stroke (AIS). Method 84 AIS patients who underwent mechanical thrombectomy and were admitted to our hospital from June 2021 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group and the observation group received routine care and a nursing model centered on functional rehabilitation, respectively, to compare the effectiveness. Result The levels of various indicators in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing a nursing model centered on functional rehabilitation can quickly restore the neurological and limb functions of AIS patients undergoing mechanical thrombectomy, effectively improve their self-care ability, and reduce the incidence of complications.
