临床护理路径在膀胱癌护理中的应用效果及对并发症发生率的影响

摘要

目的 分析膀胱癌护理中采取临床护理路径的效果及对并发症的影响。方法 抽取 64 例 2021 年 2 月 -2022 年 2 月期间收治的膀胱癌患者为研究对象，以随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规护理， 实验组行临床护理路径护理，各组 32 例。以负面情绪评分、住院时间、并发症发生率及满意度评价两组效果。 结果 实验组焦虑、抑郁评分相比较参考组较低（P＜0.05）。实验组住院时间相比较参考组较短（P＜0.05）。实验 组并发症发生率相比较参考组较低（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度相比较参考组较高（P＜0.05）。结论 膀胱癌护 理中行临床护理路径的效果凸显，能够显著缓解患者负面情绪，缩短住院时间，同时能够减少并发症产生，为此 患者较为满意。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of clinical nursing path in bladder cancer nursing and its influence on complications.
Methods 64 cases of bladder cancer patients admitted from February 2021 to February 2022 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into the reference group and the experimental group. The reference group received routine care, and the experimental group received clinical nursing pathway care, with 32 cases in each group. Evaluate the effectiveness of the two groups based on negative emotion scores, length of hospital stay, incidence of complications, and satisfaction. Result The anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower than those of the reference group (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was shorter than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The effect of clinical nursing path in bladder cancer nursing is prominent, which can significantly alleviate patients' negative emotions, shorten the length of hospital stay, and reduce complications. Therefore, patients are more satisfied.
