Analysis of the effect of ear tip bleeding combined with ear acupoint embedding in hypertensive emergencies inpatients with cerebral infarction
耳尖放血联合耳穴埋豆在脑梗死患者高血压急症中的效果分析

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探讨耳尖放血联合耳穴埋豆在脑梗死患者高血压急症中的治疗效果。方法 选择 2022 年 4 月到 2023 年 4 月收治的脑梗死高血压急症患者 100 例作为研究对象，将其按照随机数字表法分为对照 组（n=50 例，常规治疗）与实验组（n=50 例，耳尖放血联合耳穴埋豆治疗）。对比两组的血压、神经功能缺损、 生活质量以及并发症发生率。结果 实验组血压、神经功能缺损、并发症发生率均低于对照组，有统计学意义（P ＜0.05）；同时实验组生活质量评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 耳尖放血联合耳穴埋豆在脑梗 死患者高血压急症中具有良好的治疗效果，能有效地改善患者的血压控制、神经功能缺损和生活质量，并且安全 性较高。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the therapeutic effect of ear tip bleeding combined with ear acupoint embedding in hypertensive emergencies in patients with cerebral infarction. Method 100 patients with acute cerebral infarction and hypertension admitted from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the study subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group (n=50 cases, routine treatment) and an experimental group (n=50 cases, ear tip bleeding combined with ear point embedding bean treatment) according to the random number table method. Compare the blood pressure, neurological deficits, quality of life, and incidence of complications between the two groups. Result The incidence of blood pressure, neurological deficits, and complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); At the same time, the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of ear tip bleeding and ear point embedding has a good therapeutic effect on hypertensive emergencies in patients with cerebral infarction, which can effectively improve blood pressure control, neurological deficits, and quality of life, and has high safety.
