Observation of clinical effect of Internet + continuous nursing in orthopedic surgery patients
互联网+延续性护理应用于骨科手术患者的临床效果观察

摘要

目的 观察在骨科手术患者中开展互联网联合延续性护理的应用效果。方法 本次研究中病例筛选 为 2021 年 9 月至 2023 年 9 月期间我院骨科接收的手术患者 60 例，运用随机数字表法将入选的病例分成两组开 展护理研究，组别类型为观察组与对照组，每组中患者人数有 30 例，对照组患者采取常规护理，观察组则添加 互联网联合延续性护理，详细对比两种护理模式最终获得的临床效果。结果 护理后组间各项指标结果经过对比 显示，观察组患者遵医行为、自护能力以及家属照顾能力与对照组相比均显著提升，患者术后并发症发生率明 显低于对照组，疼痛程度显著轻于对照组，最终患者的生活活动能力恢复效果优于对照组，生活质量与对照组 相比明显提高，（P<0.05）。结论 在骨科手术患者中开展互联网联合延续性护理干预，可使临床护理质量得到进 一步提升，增强患者的认知度、遵医行为及自护能力，提高患者家属的照顾能力，从而能够减少患者康复期间 并发症发生，进一步促进患者身体恢复，提高患者生活活动能力及生活质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the application effect of Internet combined continuous care in orthopedic surgery patients.
Methods In this study, 60 cases of surgical patients received by our department of Orthopedics from September 2021 to September 2023 were screened. Randomized number table method was used to divide the selected cases into two groups for nursing study, including observation group and control group, with 30 patients in each group and patients in the control group receiving routine nursing. In the observation group, the Internet combined with continuous nursing was added to compare the final clinical effects of the two nursing modes in detail. Result After nursing, the results of various indicators between the groups showed that the compliance behavior, self-care ability and family care ability of patients in the observation group were significantly improved compared with the control group, the incidence of postoperative complications of patients was significantly lower than that of the control group, the pain degree was significantly lighter than that of the control group, and the recovery effect of patients' life activity ability was better than that of the control group, and the quality of life was significantly improved. (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The implementation of Internet combined continuous nursing intervention in orthopedic surgery patients can further improve the quality of clinical nursing, enhance the awareness of patients, compliance behavior and self-care ability, and improve the care ability of patients' families, so as to reduce the occurrence of complications during the rehabilitation of patients, further promote the physical recovery of patients, and improve the life activity ability and quality of life of patients.
