摘要
目的 观察分析对艾滋病患者实施多样化认知行为护理的临床效果和应用价值。方法 选择我院于
2022.2-2023.2 内就诊的 60 例艾滋病患者，随机分为对照组（30 例，常规护理）和实验组（30 例，多样化认知行
为护理），收集分析护理效果。结果 实验组负性情绪评分显著更低，生活质量显著更高，护理满意度显著更高，
差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 多样化认知行为护理可以有效减少艾滋病患者负性情绪，提高生活质量，
提高护理满意度，有较高应用价值。

Abstract
Objective To observe and analyze the clinical effect and application value of diversified cognitive
behavior nursing for AIDS patients. Methods 60 patients with AIDS in our hospital from 2022.2-2023.2 were randomly
divided into a control group (30 cases, conventional nursing) and an experimental group (30 cases, diversified cognitive
behavioral nursing), and the nursing effects were collected and analyzed. Result The experimental group had
significantly lower negative emotional scores, significantly higher quality of life, and significantly higher nursing
satisfaction, with statistically significant differences (P<0.05). Conclusion The diversified cognitive behavior nursing
can effectively reduce the negative emotions of AIDS patients, improve the quality of life, and improve nursing
satisfaction, which has high application value.
