PDCA 循环理论提高神经外科护理教学质量的应用效果观察

摘要

目的 观察神经外科护理教学采用 PDCA 循环理论对提高教学质量的具体效果。方法 采用 2021 年 9 月-2022 年 9 月在我院神经外科实习的 61 名护理实习生,根据随机分组将其分为对照组 30 名,观察组 31 名, 分别采用传统教学、PDCA 循环理论教学,比较两组教学考核情况、学员学习情况及教学满意度进行比较。结果 与对照组相较,观察组理论、实操考核成绩更高,各项护理知识评分更高,而学员积极性更高,最终教学满意度 更高,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在神经外科护理教学中应用 PDCA 循环理论方式临床效果良好, 有效提高教学质量,改善学习状态,提高教学满意度,在临床护理带教中具有较高的应用价值。

Abstract

Objective To observe the specific effect of using PDCA cycle theory in neurosurgery nursing teaching on improving teaching quality. Method 61 nursing interns who interned in the neurosurgery department of our hospital from September 2021 to September 2022 were randomly divided into a control group of 30 and an observation group of 31. Traditional teaching and PDCA circulation theory teaching were used respectively, and the teaching assessment, learning status, and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result Compared with the control group, the observation group had higher scores in theoretical and practical assessments, higher scores in various nursing knowledge, and higher enthusiasm among students. The final teaching satisfaction was higher, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of PDCA circulation theory in neurosurgery nursing teaching has good clinical effects, effectively improving teaching quality, learning status, and teaching satisfaction. It has high application value in clinical nursing teaching.
