Effectiveness analysis of humanistic care nursing methods in interventional catheterization room nursingintervention
介入导管室护理干预中渗透人文关怀护理方法的效果分析

摘要

目的 研究分析将人文关怀护理渗透于介入导管室护理中的影响。方法 本次研究随机我院 2022 年 9 月至 2023 年 8 月间收治的采用介入手术防止进行治疗患者共 70 例，按行手术先后随机划分为对照组（予以常 规介入导管室配合）和观察组（额外在对照组基础上渗透人文关怀护理），对比两组心理状态变化、护理中的配 合度以及护理满意度。结果 护理干预前两组患者在 HAMA、HAMD 评分结果上差异极小，经过一段时候护理干 预后，评分均降低，观察组评分结果明显低于对照组，差异明显（P<0.05）；观察组的护理配合度、满意度结果 均高于对照组，且差异明显有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 通过将人文关怀护理渗透进介入导管室护理干预中 的方式，患者的心理状态得到明显改善、缓解，心态更平稳，能够更好的配合开展护理工作，不仅配合度提高， 对于整体护理的满意度也极大的提高。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the impact of integrating humanistic care into interventional catheterization room nursing. Method In this study, a total of 70 patients admitted to our hospital between September 2022 and August 2023 who underwent interventional surgery to prevent treatment were randomly divided into a control group (with routine intervention catheter room cooperation) and an observation group (with additional humanistic care on the basis of the control group) according to the order of surgery. The psychological changes, nursing cooperation, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups were compared. Result The difference in HAMA and HAMD scores between the two groups of patients before nursing intervention was minimal. After a period of nursing intervention, the scores decreased, and the observation group's scores were significantly lower than those of the control group, with a significant difference (P<0.05); The nursing cooperation and satisfaction results of the observation group were higher than those of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   By integrating humanistic care into nursing interventions in interventional catheterization rooms, the patient's psychological state has been significantly improved and alleviated, and their mentality is more stable. They can better cooperate with nursing work, not only improving their cooperation, but also greatly improving their satisfaction with overall nursing.
