摘要
目的 本研究旨在探讨基于 ADDIE 教学理论的护士分层在线培训系统在肿瘤内科护理教学中的应用
价值。方法 选择 2022 年 1 月到 2023 年 8 月医院内的肿瘤内科实习生 90 例作为研究对象,将其按照随机数字表
法分为对照组(n=45 例,采用传统教学模式进行培训)与实验组(n=45 例,采用基于 ADDIE 教学理论的护士
分层在线培训系统)。对比两组知识掌握程度、技能应用能力、培训满意度以及癌痛管理能力(疼痛评估、疼痛
知识、疼痛药物、疼痛干预)。结果 实验组知识掌握程度、技能应用能力、培训满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05);
同时实验组疼痛评估、疼痛知识、疼痛药物、疼痛干预评分高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论 基于 ADDIE 教学理
论的护士分层在线培训系统在肿瘤内科护理教学中应用具有良好的效果。通过分层设计和个性化学习,该培训系
统能够提高实习生的专业素养和技能水平,有效促进肿瘤内科护理的质量和安全。

Abstract
Objective This study aims to explore the application value of a nurse hierarchical online training
system based on ADDIE teaching theory in oncology nursing teaching. Method 90 interns in the oncology department of
the hospital from January 2022 to August 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a
control group (n=45 cases, trained using traditional teaching methods) and an experimental group (n=45 cases, trained
using a nurse layered online training system based on ADDIE teaching theory). Compare the level of knowledge mastery,
skill application ability, training satisfaction, and cancer pain management ability (pain assessment, pain knowledge, pain
medication, and pain intervention) between the two groups. Result The experimental group had higher levels of
knowledge mastery, skill application ability, and training satisfaction than the control group (P<0.05); At the same time,
the pain assessment, pain knowledge, pain medication, and pain intervention scores of the experimental group were
higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion The layered online training system for nurses based on
ADDIE teaching theory has good effects in the teaching of oncology internal medicine nursing. Through hierarchical
design and personalized learning, this training system can improve the professional literacy and skill level of interns,
effectively promoting the quality and safety of oncology nursing.
