护理管理中临床护理路径的应用效果分析

摘要

目的 探讨护理管理中临床护理路径的应用效果。方法 选取该院 2022 年 5 月到 2023 年 5 月收治的 60 例患者进行研究，均分为观察和对照组，30 例行常规护理的患者为对照组，剩余患者予以临床护理路径，为 观察组。结果 观察组护理满意度高达 93.33%，较对照组的 73.33%更高；健康知识知晓率（90.00%）显著高于 对照组（73.33%）；临床有效率（96.67%）显著高于对照组（83.33%）；平均住院时间及住院费用更少、护理 不良事件发生率仅为 3.33%，低于对照组的 13.33%，2 组相比，差异有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 临床护理 路径既能大大缩短住院时间，又能最大限度的降低护理不良事件发生率，对提高健康知识知晓率及满意度有积极 促进作用，值得广为运用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the application effect of clinical nursing pathways in nursing management. Method A study was conducted on 60 patients admitted to the hospital from May 2022 to May 2023, divided into an observation group and a control group. 30 patients who received routine nursing care were selected as the control group, and the remaining patients were assigned clinical nursing paths as the observation group. Result The nursing satisfaction rate in the observation group was as high as 93.33%, which was higher than 73.33% in the control group; The awareness rate of health knowledge (90.00%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (73.33%); The clinical effective rate (96.67%) was significantly higher than that of the control group (83.33%); The average hospitalization time and hospitalization expenses were less, and the incidence of nursing adverse events was only 3.33%, lower than the control group's 13.33%. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The clinical nursing pathway can greatly shorten hospitalization time and minimize the incidence of nursing adverse events. It has a positive promoting effect on improving health knowledge awareness and satisfaction, and is worthy of wide application.
