Research on the Value of Humanistic Care Nursing in the Treatment and Nursing of Spinal Injury
人文关怀护理在脊柱损伤救治护理中的价值研究

摘要

目的 探究人文关怀护理在脊柱损伤救治护理中的价值。方法 选取 2022.1-2022.12 期间在我院进行 脊柱损伤救治的患者 100 例，按照护理方式不同分为对照组和观察组，每组各 50 例，对照组进行常规护理干预， 观察组在此基础上，进行人文关怀护理干预。对比两组护理干预后的心理状态、生活质量以及患者满意度。结果 观察组护理干预后的心理状态明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组护理干预后的生活质 量明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组护理干预后的患者满意度明显高于对照组，差异 具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 人文关怀护理在脊柱损伤救治护理中有显著效果，能够有效地改善患者的心 理状态，提高生活质量和满意度，有较高的价值，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of humanistic care in the treatment and nursing of spinal injuries. Method 100 patients who underwent spinal injury treatment in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022 were selected and divided into a control group and an observation group according to different nursing methods. Each group had 50 patients, and the control group received routine nursing intervention. On this basis, the observation group received humanistic care nursing intervention. Compare the psychological status, quality of life, and patient satisfaction of two groups after nursing intervention. Result The psychological state of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The quality of life in the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that in the control group, with a statistically significant difference (p<0.05); The patient satisfaction of the observation group after nursing intervention was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Humanistic care has a significant effect in the treatment and nursing of spinal cord injuries, which can effectively improve the psychological state of patients, improve their quality of life and satisfaction. It has high value and is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
