Effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in patients undergoing colorectal surgery
结直肠手术患者护理中采用快速康复外科护理的效果

摘要

目的 浅析快速康复外科护理方案在结直肠手术患者护理中的应用价值，旨在推进其发展进程，为 临床研究提供理论与实践依据，更好的促进患者恢复健康。方法 实验采取对比实验模式，将 100 例于本院接受 结直肠手术的患者设为研究对象，将 2021 年 2 月至 2022 年 2 月定为实验开展期限，按照护理方案的不同将所以 患者均分两组，每组安排（n=50），分别定义为参照组与研究组，常规护理服务实施于参照组 50 例患者中，快 速康复外科护理服务实施于研究组 50 例患者中，而后进行相关数据的收集整理，统计分析，整合比对。正态计 量数据采用 t 检测；计数资料采用χ2 检验；计算均数以（χ±s）代替。数据涵盖：护理前后患者焦虑自评量表（SAS）、 抑郁自评量表（SDS）评分、对护理工作的满意程度及并发症发生情况。结果 两组比对结局差异显著，两种干 预方案优劣差异显著，研究组更优，P 值达小于 0.05 标准，具备可比性。结论 在结直肠手术患者临床护理中， 采用快速康复外科护理方案更具实施性，不仅干预效果确切，患者不良情绪得到有效改善、并发症发生率得到有 效降低，护理满意度更是得到了显著提高，临床应用价值卓越，值得大力推广与采纳。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the application value of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing program in the care of patients with colorectal surgery, aiming to promote its development process, provide theoretical and practical basis for clinical research, and better promote the recovery of patients.
Methods: experiment to contrast experiment mode, the 100 patients undergoing colorectal surgery in our hospital as the research object, from February 2021 to February 2022, as the experiment, according to the nursing plan will so patients be divided into two groups, each group arrangement (n=50), respectively defined as the reference group and research group, routine nursing service implementation in the reference group of 50 patients, rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing service in research group of 50 patients, and then related data collection, statistical analysis, integration and comparison. Normal measurement data are detected by t; counting data are tested by χ2; calculated means are replaced by ( χ±s). The data include: patient anxiety self-rating scale (SAS), depression self-rating scale (SDS) score, satisfaction with nursing work and the occurrence of complications.
Results: The outcome of the comparison between the two groups varied significantly, and the advantages of the two intervention programs varied significantly. The study group was better, and the P value was less than 0.05 standard, which was comparable.
Conclusion  : in colorectal surgery patients in clinical care, using rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing plan more implementation, not only the intervention effect, patients with bad mood effectively improved, effectively reduce the incidence rate of complications, nursing satisfaction is significantly improved, excellent clinical application value, is vigorously promoting and adopted.
