Clinical effect of mild hypothermia nursing in the care of patients with severe traumatic brain injury
亚低温护理用于重症颅脑外伤患者护理中的临床效果

摘要

目的 分析亚低温护理用于重症颅脑外伤患者护理中的临床效果。方法 将我院 2022.07 月-2023.07 月收治的 76 例重症颅脑外伤患者纳入研究，通过随机数字表法分为试验组与参考组，每组 38 例。参考组进行常 规护理，试验组加以亚低温护理，对比两组护理效果。结果 试验组在采用亚低温护理后，其神经功能及预后情 况、血流动力学指标、并发症发生率均优于参考组，组间差异显著（P＜0.05）。结论 在重症颅脑外伤患者护理 过程中，亚低温护理可以获得较好的效果，可有效改善其神经功能及预后，改善血流动力学指标，降低并发症发 生风险。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the clinical effect of mild hypothermia nursing in the care of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Method 76 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from July 2022 to July 2023 were included in the study. They were randomly divided into an experimental group and a reference group using a random number table method, with 38 patients in each group. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received mild hypothermia care, and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result After using mild hypothermia care, the experimental group showed better neurological function, prognosis, hemodynamic indicators, and incidence of complications compared to the reference group, with significant differences between the groups (P<0.05).
Conclusion   In the nursing process of severe traumatic brain injury patients, mild hypothermia nursing can achieve good results, effectively improve their neurological function and prognosis, improve hemodynamic indicators, and reduce the risk of complications.
