The impact of personalized nursing intervention on the quality of life of malignant lymphoma patients afterchemotherapy
个性化护理干预对恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗后生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 观察在对恶性淋巴瘤患者化疗期间护理过程中将个性化护理干预进行运用的价值。方法 在 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 3 月本院化疗治疗恶性淋巴瘤患者中抽选 68 例，数字表排序均分对照组（34 例，开展常 规护理）和观察组（34 例，开展个性化护理支持）。评估患者恢复情况。结果 对比两组生活质量，观察组干预 后高于对照组，P<0.05。对比治疗期间心理状态，观察组情绪量表评分低于对照组，P<0.05。睡眠质量、护理满 意度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 恶性淋巴瘤患者在化疗后接受个性化护理干预，可以提升患者生活质 量，改善患者负面情绪，增加患者护理满意度以及睡眠质量。

Abstract

Objective To observe the value of personalized nursing interventions in the nursing process of malignant lymphoma patients during chemotherapy. Method From March 2022 to March 2023, 68 patients with malignant lymphoma treated with chemotherapy in our hospital were randomly selected, and they were evenly divided into a control group (34 cases, receiving routine care) and an observation group (34 cases, receiving personalized care support) according to the numerical table. Assess the patient's recovery status. The results showed that the quality of life of the observation group was higher than that of the control group after intervention, P<0.05. Compared with the psychological state during the treatment period, the emotional scale score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Sleep quality and nursing satisfaction in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, P<0.05.
Conclusion   Personalized nursing intervention for malignant lymphoma patients after chemotherapy can improve their quality of life, improve their negative emotions, increase their nursing satisfaction, and improve their sleep quality.
