The Effect of High Quality Nursing on Improving Nursing Satisfaction of Infertility Patients
优质护理在改善不孕不育患者护理满意度中的效果

摘要

目的 分析优质护理在改善不孕不育患者护理满意度中的效果。方法 选取 2022 年 1 月-2022 年 12 月期间在本院生殖医学中心接受不孕不育治疗的 78 例患者作为研究对象，将所有患者进行排序，单数为对照组， 双数为研究组，各 39 例，对照组采用常规护理，研究组给予优质护理，比较两组患者护理前后心理状态改善情 况、健康知识知晓情况以及护理满意度。结果 护理前，两组患者各评分对比无明显差异（P＞0.05）；护理后， 研究组 SAS、SDS 两项评分均低于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组生理知识、疾病了解、治疗流程、日常生活管理 知识评分均高于对照组（P＜0.05）；研究组对本次护理的满意度更高（P＜0.05）。结论 对不孕不育患者实施优 质护理，有助于提高患者对相关疾病知识的了解，缓解患者不良心态，对提高患者护理满意度有重要价值，值得 临床推广与应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of high-quality nursing in improving nursing satisfaction of infertile patients. Method 78 patients who received infertility treatment in our hospital from January 2022 to December 2022 were selected as the research subjects. All patients were sorted, with the odd number being the control group and the double number being the study group, with 39 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the study group received high-quality care. The psychological improvement, health knowledge awareness, and nursing satisfaction of the two groups of patients before and after nursing were compared. Result Before nursing, there was no significant difference in the scores between the two groups of patients (P>0.05); After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P<0.05); The scores of physiological knowledge, disease understanding, treatment process, and daily life management knowledge in the research group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05); The research group showed higher satisfaction with this nursing care (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Implementing high-quality nursing during the nursing period of infertile patients can help improve their understanding of relevant disease knowledge, alleviate their negative mentality, and have important value in improving patient satisfaction with nursing. It is worth promoting and applying in clinical practice.
