Effect of early rehabilitation exercise combined with emotional nursing on limb function recovery andpsychological reconstruction of patients with plastic skin grafting after severe upper limb burn
早期康复锻炼联合情志护理对上肢重度烧伤后整形植皮患者肢体功能恢复及心理重建的影响

摘要

目的 对于上肢重度烧伤的患者，需要整形植皮，本次研究分析在此类患者的治疗过程中，联合进 行康复锻炼和情志护理的临床效果。方法 本次研究实验在 2022 年 3 月至 2023 年 3 月期间进行，选取本院烧伤 整形美容科监护室接受整形植皮治疗的上肢重度烧伤患者为对象，共计 121 例，分为 2 组，分别接受常规护理（对 照组）、康复锻炼和情志护理（研究组），比较临床效果差异。结果（1）就疼痛评分、心理状态评分而言，研究 组患者接受护理后各项评分改善明显，且优于对照组（p＜0.05）；（2）在活动度指标改善效果方面，在术后第 3 周，研究组各项指标更加优异（P＜0.05），在术后第 12 周，两组对比差异不显著（P＞0.05）。结论 为接受整形 植皮治疗的上肢重度烧伤患者实施治疗时联合实施早期康复锻炼和情志护理可以取得更加优异的治疗效果，各项 指标改善更加明显，提升患者生活质量，具备推广价值。

Abstract

Objective For patients with severe upper extremity burns who need plastic skin grafting, this study analyzed the clinical effect of rehabilitation exercise combined with emotional nursing in the treatment process of such patients.
Methods This study was conducted from March 2022 to March 2023. A total of 121 patients with severe upper extremity burns who received plastic skin grafting treatment in the intensive care unit of the Burn and Plastic Surgery Department of our hospital were selected as the objects. They were divided into 2 groups, which received routine nursing (control group), rehabilitation exercise and emotional nursing (study group) respectively, and the clinical effects were compared.
Results (1) In terms of pain score and psychological status score, the scores in the study group were significantly improved after receiving nursing care, and were better than those in the control group (p<0.05); (2) In terms of the improvement effect of the activity index, all indexes of the study group were better at the 3rd week after surgery (P<0.05), and there was no significant difference between the two groups at the 12th week after surgery (P>0.05).
Conclusion   The combination of early rehabilitation exercise and emotional nursing in the treatment of severe upper limb burn patients receiving plastic skin grafting can achieve more excellent treatment effect, more obvious improvement in various indicators, improve the quality of life of patients, and have the value of promotion.
