The effect of high-quality nursing in postoperative recovery of patients with severe traumatic brain injury
优质护理在重型颅脑外伤患者术后恢复中应用的效果

摘要

目的 分析在重型颅脑外伤患者术中恢复中应用优质护理的具体效果。 方法 采用 2021 年 4 月-2023 年 4 月我院收治的 71 例重型颅脑外伤患者，均实行手术治疗后处于恢复状态，其中 36 例实行常规护理的患者为 对照组，另外 35 例实行优质护理的患者为观察组，对两组并发症发生情况、生活质量评分、护理满意度进行比 较。结果 观察组并发症总发生率低于对照组，其生活质量各项评分、护理满意程度均高于对照组，差异均有统 计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 在重型颅脑外伤患者术中恢复中应用优质护理效果较佳，降低临床并发症发生率， 提高其生活质量，提升护理满意度，有效促进术后康复，应用价值高。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the specific effects of applying high-quality nursing care in the intraoperative recovery of patients with severe traumatic brain injury. Method A total of 71 patients with severe traumatic brain injury admitted to our hospital from April 2021 to April 2023 were selected, all of whom were in a state of recovery after surgical treatment. Among them, 36 patients who received routine care served as the control group, and 35 patients who received high-quality care served as the observation group. The incidence of complications, quality of life scores, and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups. Result The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, and their quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of high-quality nursing in the intraoperative recovery of patients with severe traumatic brain injury has a better effect, reduces the incidence of clinical complications, improves their quality of life, enhances nursing satisfaction, effectively promotes postoperative recovery, and has high application value.
