重症护理小组用于急性有机磷农药中毒致呼吸衰竭的价值

摘要

目的 探索应用重症护理小组对急性有机磷农药中毒导致的呼吸衰竭患者在抢救护理康复上的价值。 方法 收集我院在 2020 年 4 月至 2021 年 4 月期间通过常规抢救护理措施干预护理的急性有机磷农药中毒而呼吸 衰竭的 50 例患者信息作为研究的对象，设为对照组；然后收集我院在 2021 年 4 月至 2022 年 4 月期间在常规抢 救护理基础上实施重症护理小组干预护理的急性有机磷农药中毒而呼吸衰竭的 50 例患者信息作为研究的对象， 设为观察组。对比这两组的实际护理效果。结果 两组在患者生命体征稳定、恢复神志、中毒症状消失、重要身 体器官损伤恢复上均有效果，观察组的护理成功指标明显高于对照组，其差异具有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结 论 对急性有机磷农药中毒导致呼吸衰竭的患者进行重症护理小组干预更有利于提高患者的存活率，让患者能尽 快恢复健康，推广意义更强。

Abstract

Objective To explore the value of critical care team for acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning.
Methods Information on 50 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure of our hospital from April 2020 to April 2021 was collected as the control group; then information on 50 patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning and respiratory failure after routine rescue care from April 2021 to April 2022 was collected as the observation group. Compare the actual nursing effects of these two groups.
Results The two groups were effective in stable vital signs, recovery of consciousness, disappearance of poisoning symptoms, and recovery of important body organs. The nursing success index of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Critical care group intervention for patients with acute organophosphorus pesticide poisoning is more conducive to improving the survival rate of patients, so that patients can recover as soon as possible, and the promotion significance is stronger.
