Effect of health education combined with diet nursing on improving the quality of life of pregnant women withdiabetes and their maternal and infant outcomes
健康教育结合饮食护理改善妊娠期糖尿病孕妇生活质量及其母婴结局的影响

摘要

目的 本研究旨在探讨健康教育结合饮食护理对改善妊娠期糖尿病孕妇生活质量及其母婴结局的影 响。方法 研究对象为妊娠期糖尿病患者，选取 2020 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月期间，在我院接受产前护理的孕妇为 研究样本。共计招募了 100 名患者，随机分配到对照组（50 名，接受标准医疗护理）和观察组（50 名，接受健 康教育结合饮食护理干预）。并对母婴结局数据进行详细记录和分析。结果 观察组孕妇的血糖控制显著优于对 照组，生活方式改善明显，体重管理更为有效，心理健康状况得到改善。结论 健康教育结合饮食护理对改善妊 娠期糖尿病孕妇的生活质量和母婴结局具有显著影响。

Abstract

Objective This study aims to explore the effect of health education combined with diet nursing on improving the quality of life of pregnant women with gestational diabetes and their maternal and infant outcomes.
Methods The subjects were pregnant women with diabetes during pregnancy. The pregnant women who received prenatal care in our hospital from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the study samples. A total of 100 patients were recruited and randomly assigned to the control group (50 patients receiving standard medical care) and the observation group (50 patients receiving health education combined with dietary care intervention). And detailed recording and analysis of maternal and infant outcome data. Result The blood sugar control of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with significant improvement in lifestyle, more effective weight management, and improved mental health status.
Conclusion   Health education combined with diet nursing has a significant impact on improving the quality of life and maternal and infant outcomes of pregnant women with diabetes in pregnancy.
