Application of perioperative holistic nursing in elderly cataract surgery
围手术期整体护理在老年性白内障手术中的应用

摘要

目的 进行老年性白内障手术中应用围手术期整体护理的效果探究。方法 本次选取主要为老年性白 内障手术患者 71 例，试验起始于 2022 年 1 月内，终止于 2022 年 12 月内，试验以双盲法进行分组，对照组 37 例应用常规护理模式，观察组 34 例应用围术期整体护理模式。比对护理结果。结果 观察组满意评分高于对照组， 有统计学差异（P<0.05）。观察组住院时间短于对照组、矫正视力水平高于对照组、疾病健康知识掌握程度评分 高于对照组，有统计学差异（P<0.05）。观察组总并发症发生率低于对照组，有统计学差异（P<0.05）。结论 于 老年性白内障手术中应用围手术期整体护理，可为患者提供较为满意护理方案，提高矫正视力水平，缩短住院治 疗时间，有助于并发症控制，值得推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of perioperative holistic nursing in elderly cataract surgery. Method 71 patients with elderly cataract surgery were selected for this study. The trial started in January 2022 and ended in December 2022. The trial was divided into two groups using a double-blind method. The control group consisted of 37 patients who received routine nursing care, while the observation group consisted of 34 patients who received perioperative holistic nursing care. Compare nursing results. Result The satisfaction score of the observation group was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05). The observation group had shorter hospital stay than the control group, higher corrected visual acuity level, and higher score of disease and health knowledge mastery than the control group, with statistical differences (P<0.05). The total incidence of complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group, with a statistical difference (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of perioperative holistic care in elderly cataract surgery can provide patients with satisfactory nursing plans, improve corrected visual acuity, shorten hospitalization time, and help to control complications. It is worth promoting and applying.
