临床护理路径在颈椎病前路手术患者健康教育中的应用分析

摘要

目的 分析颈椎病前路手术患者健康教育中采取临床护理路径的效果。方法 68 例颈椎病前路手术 患者取自 2021 年 3 月-2022 年 3 月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中参考组行常规健康教育， 实验组行临床护理路径健康教育，每组 34 例。以知识掌握情况、住院时间、满意度评价两组干预效果。结果 实 验组知识掌握情况显高于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组住院时间显短于参考组（P＜0.05）。实验组护理满意度显 高于参考组（P＜0.05）。结论 颈椎病前路手术患者健康教育中采取临床护理路径效果确切，有助于提升患者相 关知识的了解，减少患者住院时间，为此患者较为满意。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of adopting clinical nursing paths in health education for patients undergoing anterior cervical surgery. Method 68 patients with cervical spondylosis undergoing anterior approach surgery were selected from March 2021 to March 2022 and divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method. The reference group received routine health education, while the experimental group received clinical nursing path health education, with 34 patients in each group. Evaluate the intervention effects of two groups based on knowledge mastery, length of stay, and satisfaction. Result The knowledge mastery of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The hospitalization time of the experimental group was significantly shorter than that of the reference group (P<0.05). The nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the reference group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The adoption of clinical nursing pathways in health education for patients undergoing anterior cervical surgery is effective and helps to enhance their understanding of relevant knowledge, reduce their hospitalization time, and make them more satisfied.
