摘要
目的 在预防产妇产后尿潴留中采用预见性护理干预之后，分析其取得了怎样的护理效果。方法 摘
选 2022 年 1 月--2023 年 1 月中入院妇产科的产妇 100 例为研究范例，以随机数表法作为分组依据，每组各纳入
50 例，观察组患者实施预见性护理，对照组患者实施常规护理。记录并对比组间护理效果。结果 观察组的首次
排尿的时间、恶露持续的时间、住院时间均比对照组低，数据对比差异有统计学意义，P＜0.05。观察组中产后
尿潴留发生率低于对照组，组间数据比较有统计学意义，P＜0.05。结论 将预见性护理应用在产后尿潴留干预中，
能够帮助产妇尽早排尿，缩短住院时间，提升总体护理满意度，值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the nursing effect of predictive nursing intervention in the prevention of
postpartum Urinary retention. Method 100 pregnant women admitted to the Obstetrics and Gynecology department from
January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as research examples. The random number table method was used as the
grouping basis, with 50 cases included in each group. The observation group received predictive care, while the control
group received routine care. Record and compare the nursing outcomes between groups. Result The time of first
urination, duration of lochia, and hospital stay were lower in the observation group, and the data were statistically
significant, P <0.05. The incidence of postpartum urinary retention in the observation group was lower than in the control
group, and the data were compared between groups, P<0.05. Conclusion The application of predictive nursing in the
intervention of postpartum Urinary retention can help pregnant women urinate as soon as possible, shorten hospital stay,
and improve overall nursing satisfaction, which is worth promoting.
