摘要
目的 分析一对一导师制结合反思性教学在重症医学科护理教学中的应用。方法 选取我院 2021 年
5 月-2022 年 12 月入院的 50 名护理专业实习生作为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各 25 名,对照组采用传
统的带教模式,观察组则采用一对一导师制结合反思性教学模式,对比两组护生的护理成绩和护生对教学的满意
度。结果 观察组的护理成绩和护生对教学的满意度均明显高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 一
对一导师制结合反思性教学在重症医学科护理教学中,可以有效提高护生的护理成绩,提高护生对护理的满意度,
有较高的应用价值,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the application of one-on-one Mentorship combined with reflective teaching in
nursing teaching of Intensive care medicine department. Methods 50 nursing interns admitted to our hospital from May
2021 to May 2022 were selected as the research objects, and were randomly divided into a control group and an
observation group, 25 in each. The control group used the traditional teaching mode, while the observation group used
the one-on-one Mentorship system combined with reflective teaching mode, and compared the nursing achievements of
the two groups of nursing students and their satisfaction with teaching. Result The nursing scores and satisfaction of
nursing students with teaching in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group, with
statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion The one-on-one Mentorship combined with reflective teaching can
effectively improve the nursing performance of nursing students in Intensive care medicine department, and improve
their satisfaction with nursing. It has high application value and is worth popularizing.
