摘要

目的 进行甲减患者中应用全面护理干预的效果探究。方法 本次选取主要为甲减疾病的患者 71 例， 试验起始于 2022 年 1 月内，终止于 2022 年 12 月内，试验以随机分配法进行分组，比对以 2 组开展，对照组 37 例应用常规措施开展护理，观察组 34 例应用全面护理干预开展护理。比对护理结果。结果 比对甲状腺激素，结 局显示观察组病例促甲状腺激素值>对照组病例（P<0.05）、三碘甲状腺原氨酸<对照组病例（P<0.05）、血清甲状 腺素<对照组病例（P<0.05）。比对生活质量，结局显示观察组病例生理机能、生理职能、躯体疼痛、精力、社会 功能、情感职能、精神健康、一般健康状况等各项得分值均>对照组病例（P<0.05）。比对满意度，结局显示观察 组病例百分比合计＞对照组病例（P<0.05）。结论 于甲减患者治疗中实施全面护理干预，可帮助患者将甲状腺激 素控制在合理范围，对患者生活质量状态产生积极影响，为患者提供更为满意的护理服务，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with hypothyroidism. Method 71 patients with primary hypothyroidism were selected for this study. The trial began in January 2022 and ended in December 2022. The trial was divided into two groups using random allocation method, with a comparison of 37 cases in the control group receiving routine care and 34 cases in the observation group receiving comprehensive nursing intervention. Compare nursing results.
Results Compared with Thyroid hormones, the results showed that the value of Thyroid-stimulating hormone in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05), Triiodothyronine was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05), and serum Thyroxine was lower than that in the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the quality of life, the results showed that the scores of physiological function, physiological function, physical pain, energy, social function, emotional function, mental health, and general health status in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Comparison of satisfaction showed that the total percentage of cases in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of hypothyroidism patients can help patients control Thyroid hormones within a reasonable range, have a positive impact on the quality of life of patients, and provide more satisfactory nursing services for patients, which is worth popularizing in clinical practice.
