The effect of high-quality nursing mode in the nursing of children with diabetes neuropathy
优质护理模式在小儿糖尿病神经病变护理中的实施效果

摘要

目的 探究优质护理模式对小儿糖尿病神经病变护理中的实施效果。方法 选取我院 2021.1-2022.12 期间收治的小儿糖尿病神经病变的患儿 30 例，进行常规护理干预的 15 例患儿为对照组，进行优质护理干预的 15 例患儿为观察组，对比两组护理干预后的血糖控制水平、住院时间以及家长满意度。结果 观察组的血糖控制 水平明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组的住院时间明显短于对照组，差异具有统计学意 义（p＜0.05）；观察组的家长满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 优质护理模式在小 儿糖尿病神经病变护理中实施有显著效果，能够有效地改善患儿的血糖控制水平，缩短住院时间，提高家长满意 度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing mode in the nursing of children with diabetes neuropathy.
Methods 30 children with diabetes neuropathy admitted in our hospital from January 2021 to December 2022.12 were selected, 15 children who received routine nursing intervention were the control group, and 15 children who received high-quality nursing intervention were the observation group. The blood glucose control level, length of stay in hospital and parents' satisfaction after nursing intervention were compared between the two groups. Result The blood glucose control level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The hospitalization time of the observation group was significantly shorter than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The parental satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The implementation of high-quality nursing mode in the nursing of children with diabetes neuropathy has significant effect, which can effectively improve the level of blood sugar control of children, shorten the length of hospital stay, and improve parents' satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
