摘要
目的 探究糖尿病肾病血液透析患者采取揿针联合五音疗法对于其高血压的影响。方法 58 例糖尿
病肾病血液透析患者取自 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间，按照随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中前者行常
规治疗，后者在上述基础上采取揿针联合五音疗法，每组 29 例，比较两组治疗效果。结果 治疗有效率对比显示，
实验组显高（P＜0.05）。血压指标对比分析，治疗前两组差异小（P＞0.05），治疗后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。
睡眠质量对比分析，治疗前两组差异小（P＞0.05），治疗后实验组显低（P＜0.05）。结论 糖尿病肾病血液透析
患者采取揿针联合五音疗法可对其血压指标予以较好的改善，能够提升其治疗效果，提高其睡眠质量。

Abstract
Objective To explore the effect of pressing needle combined with five tone therapy on hypertension
in hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy. Methods 58 hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy were
selected from February 2021 to February 2022, and were divided into a reference group and an experimental group
according to the random number table. The former received routine treatment, and the latter took press acupuncture
combined with five tone therapy on the basis of the above, with 29 cases in each group. The therapeutic effects of the two
groups were compared. Result The comparison of treatment effectiveness showed that the experimental group showed a
significantly higher rate (P<0.05). Comparative analysis of blood pressure indicators showed that the difference between
the two groups before treatment was small (P>0.05), while the experimental group showed a significant decrease after
treatment (P<0.05). Comparative analysis of sleep quality showed that there was a small difference between the two
groups before treatment (P>0.05), while the experimental group showed a significantly lower difference after treatment
(P<0.05). Conclusion In hemodialysis patients with diabetes nephropathy, the combination of press acupuncture and five
tone therapy can better improve their blood pressure indicators, improve their therapeutic effect, and improve their sleep
quality.
