摘要

目的 进行糖尿病中应用糖尿病门诊健康教育的效果探究。方法 本次选取主要为门诊糖尿病患者 71 例，试验起始于 2022 年 1 月内，终止于 2022 年 12 月内，试验以随机分配法进行分组，比对以 2 组开展，对 照组 37 例应用常规措施开展护理，观察组 34 例应用糖尿病门诊健康教育开展护理。比对护理结果。结果 比对 遵医行为，结局显示观察组病例用药规范、坚持运动、按时复诊、健康饮食等评分值均>对照组病例（P<0.05）。 比对生活质量，结局显示观察组病例各项得分值均>对照组病例（P<0.05）。比对满意度，结局显示观察组病例合 计百分比>对照组病例（P<0.05）。比对糖脂代谢，结局显示观察组病例各项值均<对照组病例（P<0.05）。结论 于 糖尿病中应用糖尿病门诊健康教育，可提高患者用药、运动、复诊、饮食等方面遵医依从性，对生活质量状态产 生积极影响，帮助患者将各项糖脂代谢控制在合理范围，有助于稳定病情，值得在临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of applying health education in diabetes clinics in diabetes.
Methods This time, 71 outpatients with diabetes were selected. The trial started in January 2022 and ended in December 2022. The trial was divided into two groups by random assignment method, and the comparison was carried out in two groups. 37 patients in the control group applied conventional measures to carry out nursing, and 34 patients in the observation group applied health education in diabetes outpatients to carry out nursing. Compare nursing results. Result Comparing the compliance behavior with medical treatment, the results showed that the scores of medication standards, adherence to exercise, timely follow-up, and healthy diet in the observation group were higher than those in the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the quality of life, the results showed that the scores of the observation group cases were higher than those of the control group cases (P<0.05). Comparison of satisfaction showed that the total percentage of cases in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (P<0.05). Comparing glucose and lipid metabolism, the results showed that all values in the observation group were lower than those in the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of diabetes outpatient health education in diabetes can improve the compliance of patients with medication, exercise, follow-up, diet and other aspects, have a positive impact on the quality of life, help patients control the glucose and lipid metabolism in a reasonable range, help stabilize the condition, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
