摘要
目的 分析过敏性皮炎患者护理中饮食干预的实施效果。方法 选取我院 60 例过敏性皮炎患者作为
研究对象,随机将其平均分为对照组和观察组各 30 例,对照组采取常规护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上采
取饮食护理干预。对比两组完成不同护理后的效果进行收集和分析。结果 通过观察两组患者对护理的满意度以
及患者的治愈时间来看,观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组,观察组的治愈时间明显低于对照组,差异均有统
计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 在过敏性皮炎患者护理中饮食干预的实施下,可有效提高患者对护理的满意度,有
效改善了治疗效果,减少了治愈时间,有较高的应用价值,值得推广。

Abstract
Objective To analyze the implementation effect of dietary intervention in the care of patients with
allergic dermatitis. Method 60 patients with allergic dermatitis in our hospital were selected as the research subjects and
randomly divided into a control group and an observation group with 30 cases each. The control group received routine
nursing measures, while the observation group received dietary nursing interventions on the basis of the control group.
Compare the effects of different nursing interventions between two groups for collection and analysis. Result By
observing the satisfaction with nursing and the healing time of the two groups of patients, it was found that the nursing
satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the healing time of the
observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion Under the implementation of dietary intervention in the care of patients with allergic dermatitis, patients'
satisfaction with nursing can be effectively improved, the treatment effect can be effectively improved, the cure time can
be reduced, and it has high application value and is worth promoting.
