医护与家属协同护理模式在肺炎患者中的作用

摘要

目的 分析医护与家属协同护理模式在肺炎患者中的作用。方法 选取我院 2022 年 4 月-2023 年 4 月 1 年内收治的 80 例肺炎患者作为研究对象，用随机数字法将其平均分为对照组和观察组各 40 例，其中对照组采 用常规的护理方法，观察组则在对照组的基础上实施医护与家属协同护理模式干预，对比两组在不同护理下的作 用效果进行记录和分析。结果 两组肺炎患者通过不同的护理后均取得一定效果，但通过观察两组患者家属对护 理满意度、患者的治疗时间、患者的不良事件发生率来看，观察组家属的护理满意度明显高于对照组，观察组的 治疗时间以及不良事件发生率均明显低于对照组，差异均有统计学意义（P<0.05）。结论 医护与家属协同护理 模式在肺炎患者的应用下，可以有效提高治疗效果，减少患者的治疗时间，减少患者的不良事件发生率，并且提 高患者家属满意度和配合度，提升患者的依从性，有较高的临床应用价值，值得推广。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effect of cooperative nursing mode between medical care and family members in patients with pneumonia.
Methods A total of 80 cases of pneumonia patients admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as research objects, and were evenly divided into control group and observation group with 40 cases in each group by random number method. The control group was treated with conventional nursing methods, while the observation group was treated with collaborative nursing mode intervention based on the control group. The effects of the two groups under different nursing conditions were compared and recorded and analyzed.
Results The pneumonia patients in the two groups achieved certain effects through different nursing care. However, by observing the satisfaction with nursing care, the treatment time of patients and the incidence of adverse events of patients in the two groups, the nursing satisfaction of family members in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group, and the treatment time and incidence of adverse events in the observation group were significantly lower than that in the control group. The differences were statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Under the application of the cooperative nursing mode of medical care and family members in patients with pneumonia, it can effectively improve the treatment effect, reduce the treatment time of patients, reduce the incidence of adverse events of patients, improve the satisfaction and cooperation of patients' family members, and improve the compliance of patients. It has high clinical application value and is worth promoting.
