创伤协调护理对急诊创伤患者救治效果及护理质量的影响研究

摘要

目的 探究在急诊创伤患者救治过程中，创伤协调护理对救治效果以及护理质量的影响。方法 选取 2022 年 3 月－2023 年 3 月期间我院急诊收治的创伤患者 80 例作为研究对象，按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组 和实验组，每组 40 例，对照组采用常规护理，实验组患者采用创伤协调护理，对比两组急诊救治时间、检查时 间、救治成功率、并发症发生率以及护理质量评分。结果 实验组急诊救治时间、检查时间以及并发症发生率均 低于对照组，救治成功率、护理质量评分高于对照组，有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。结论 创伤协调护理能够有效 提升护理质量，提升急诊效果，促进患者康复。

Abstract

Objective To explore the impact of coordinated trauma care on the treatment effectiveness and quality of care in emergency trauma patients. Method 80 trauma patients admitted to our hospital's emergency department from March 2022 to March 2023 were selected as the research subjects. They were randomly divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table method, with 40 patients in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received coordinated trauma care. The emergency treatment time, examination time, success rate, incidence of complications, and nursing quality scores of the two groups were compared. Result The emergency treatment time, examination time, and incidence of complications in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group. The success rate of treatment and nursing quality scores were higher than those in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Coordinated trauma care can effectively improve the quality of care, enhance emergency response, and promote patient recovery.
