一例外伤致高位截瘫患者的个案护理

本文报告了一例外伤所致第 4 颈椎骨折脱位伴高位截瘫、并经气管插管，气管切开,呼吸机辅助呼
吸 10 余天无护理并发症的患者的护理体会颈椎骨折常伴有颈髓和神经损伤。通过严密监护,及时气管切开，给予
人工气道,有效的吸痰,采取多种措施预防呼吸道感染、加强整体护理等措施,患者住院期间生命体征平稳,无明显呼
吸道并发症出现,住院 22 天后成功脱离呼吸机，康复出院。

Abstract
This paper reports the nursing experience of a case of traumatic fracture dislocation of the fourth
cervical vertebra with high paraplegia, and without nursing complications after Tracheal intubation, tracheotomy, and
ventilator assisted breathing for more than 10 days. Through close monitoring, timely tracheotomy, artificial airway
administration, effective sputum suction, various measures to prevent respiratory tract infections, and strengthened
overall care, the patient's vital signs remained stable during hospitalization without obvious respiratory complications.
After 22 days of hospitalization, the patient successfully withdrew from the ventilator and was discharged after
rehabilitation.
