The impact of seamless emergency nursing mode on the rescue effect of emergency trauma patients
无缝隙急救护理模式对急诊创伤患者抢救效果的影响

摘要

目的 分析急诊创伤患者采取无缝隙急救护理的效果。方法 46 例急诊创伤患者取自 2021 年 1 月-2022 年 1 月期间，以随机数字表法分为两组，其中参考组行常规护理，实验组行无缝隙急救护理，每组 23 例。对比 两组护理效果。结果 抢救时间比较，实验组显短（P＜0.05）。不良事件发生率比较， 实验组显低（P＜0.05）。 生存质量对比，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。结论 急诊创伤患者采取无缝隙急救护理效果明显，能够对患者的抢救 时间予以缩短，减少其不良事件的发生，提升其生存质量，此种方法值得推广于临床。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of seamless emergency care for emergency trauma patients. Method 46 emergency trauma patients were selected from January 2021 to January 2022 and divided into two groups using a random number table method. The reference group received routine care, while the experimental group received seamless emergency care, with 23 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result The rescue time was significantly shorter in the experimental group (P<0.05). The incidence of adverse events was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, the quality of life was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of seamless emergency care for emergency trauma patients has a significant effect, which can shorten the rescue time of patients, reduce the occurrence of adverse events, and improve their quality of life. This method is worth promoting in clinical practice.
