Analysis of the effectiveness of using the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoinglaparoscopic adrenal tumor resection
腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者运用快速康复外科理念的效果分析

摘要

目的探究腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者围手术期采取快速康复外科理念的效果。方法 64 例行腹腔 镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者取自 2021 年 2 月-2022 年 2 月期间，以随机数字表法分为参考组及实验组，其中前者行 常规护理，后者行快速康复外科理念护理，每组 32 例。比较两组护理效果。结果 各项观察指标 比较可见，实 验组显优（P＜0.05）。并发症发生率比较，实验组显低（P＜0.05）。护理满意度比较，实验组显高（P＜0.05）。 结论 腹腔镜肾上腺肿瘤切除术患者围手术期采取快速康复外科理念护理效果令人满意，能够改善患者的各项观 察指标，减少并发症产生，提升患者的满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effectiveness of adopting the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery in patients undergoing laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection during the perioperative period. Method: 64 patients who underwent laparoscopic adrenalectomy for adrenal tumors were randomly divided into a reference group and an experimental group using a random number table method from February 2021 to February 2022. The former received routine care, while the latter received rapid rehabilitation surgical concept care, with 32 patients in each group. Compare the nursing effects between the two groups. Result: All observation indicators were relatively visible, and the experimental group showed significant improvement (P<0.05). The incidence of complications was significantly lower in the experimental group (P<0.05). Compared with the experimental group, nursing satisfaction was significantly higher (P<0.05).
Conclusion  : The nursing effect of adopting the concept of rapid rehabilitation surgery during the perioperative period for patients undergoing laparoscopic adrenal tumor resection is satisfactory, which can improve the patient's various observation indicators, reduce the occurrence of complications, and enhance patient satisfaction.
