优质护理对急性脊髓炎患者生活质量的影响

摘要

目的 探究在对急性脊髓炎患者进行护理时开展优质护理干预对于提升患者生活质量的效果。方法 在 2021 年 1 月至 2023 年 4 月收治急性脊髓炎患儿 50 例为对象，数字表随机排序并分组，划分为对照组（25 例， 治疗过程中开展常规护理支持）和观察组（25 例，治疗过程中开展优质护理）。分析护理效果。结果 对比两组 患儿在治疗期间的心理状态，干预前无差异，干预后观察组评分低于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组生活质量，观察 组高于对照组，P<0.05。对比两组排尿功能水平，观察组尿量以及最大尿流速均高于对照组，残余尿量低于对照 组，P<0.05。对比护理满意度，观察组高于对照组，P<0.05。结论 在对急性脊髓炎患者护理时开展优质护理服 务，可以提升患者生活质量，改善患者心态，并帮助患儿排尿功能进行恢复，提升护理满意度。

Abstract

Objective To explore the effect of high-quality nursing intervention on improving the quality of life of patients with acute Myelitis.
Methods From January 2021 to April 2023, 50 children with acute Myelitis were treated. The number table was randomly sorted and divided into two groups: the control group (25 cases, with routine nursing support during the treatment) and the observation group (25 cases, with high-quality nursing during the treatment). Analyze nursing effectiveness Analyze the effectiveness of care. The results showed that there was no difference in the psychological status of the two groups of children during the treatment period before intervention. After intervention, the score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the quality of life between the two groups, the observation group was higher than the control group (P<0.05). Comparing the levels of urination function between the two groups, the observation group showed higher urine volume and maximum urine flow rate than the control group, while residual urine volume was lower than the control group (P<0.05). Compared with the control group, the observation group showed higher satisfaction with nursing care (P<0.05).
Conclusion   High quality nursing service for patients with acute Myelitis can improve their quality of life, improve their mentality, help patients recover their urination function, and enhance their satisfaction with nursing.
