Application of multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation nursing in AECOPD patients with Respiratoryfailure
多学科协作康复护理在 AECOPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者中的应用

摘要

目的 讨论多学科协作康复护理对 AECOPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者的应用效果。方法 选取 2022 年 4 月 至 2023 年 4 月我院收治的 AECOPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者 100 例作为研究对象，按随机数表法分为两组，对照组（50 例，采用常规护理干预）、观察组（50 例，采用多学科协作康复护理干预）。比较两组患者的肺功能指标、SDS 抑郁评分、SAS 焦虑评分和生活质量。结果 观察组患者各项肺功能指标（FEV1、FVC 、FEV1/FVC）均高于对 照组（p＜0.05）；观察组患者的 SDS 抑郁评分、SAS 焦虑评分均低于对照组（p＜0.05）；观察组患者的生活质量 COH-QOL-OQ 评分高于对照组（p＜0.05）。结论 多学科协作康复护理能够为 AECOPD 合并呼吸衰竭患者提供 全面的康复护理，以改善患者的肺功能状态，提高患者的生活质量，促进患者康复。

Abstract

Objective To discuss the effect of multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation nursing on AECOPD patients with Respiratory failure.
Methods 100 cases of AECOPD patients with Respiratory failure admitted to our hospital from April 2022 to April 2023 were selected as the research objects. They were randomly divided into two groups, the control group (50 cases, with conventional nursing intervention) and the observation group (50 cases, with multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation nursing intervention). Compare the lung function indicators, SDS depression score, SAS anxiety score, and quality of life between the two groups of patients. Result The lung function indicators (FEV1, FVC, FEV1/FVC) of the observation group were higher than those of the control group (p<0.05); The SDS depression score and SAS anxiety score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group (p<0.05); The COH-QOL-OQ score of the quality of life in the observation group was higher than that in the control group (p<0.05).
Conclusion   Multidisciplinary collaborative rehabilitation nursing can provide comprehensive rehabilitation nursing for AECOPD patients with Respiratory failure, so as to improve their pulmonary function, improve their quality of life, and promote their rehabilitation.
