Application of intraabdominal pressure combined with ultrasonic gastric residual volume monitoring in earlyenteral nutrition in patients with mechanical ventilation
腹内压联合超声胃残余量监测在机械通气患者早期肠内营养中的应用效果

摘要

目的 研究并分析腹内压联合超声胃残余量监测在机械通气患者早期肠内营养中的应用效果。方法 选取我院 2022 年 1 月至 2023 年 1 月期间进行机械通气的 100 例患者作为本次研究对象，将其随机分为 2 组， 所有患者均给予早期肠内营养治疗，对照组 50 例患者采用腹内压监测胃残余量，实验组 50 例患者则在对照组 基础上联合采用超声监测胃残余量。结果 实验组机械通气时间、ICU 住院时间、调整肠内营养时间以及肠内营 养达标时间均短于或早于对照组；干预后，实验组患者血清指标水平均优于对照组（P＜0.05）。结论 对机械通 气患者早期肠内营养治疗期间采用腹内压联合超声监测胃残余量具有显著的应用效果，能够缩短患者机械通气 时间，提高患者肠内营养达标率，改善患者的营养状况，值得在临床中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To study and analyze the application effect of intraabdominal pressure combined with ultrasonic gastric residual volume monitoring in early enteral nutrition in patients with mechanical ventilation.Method A total of 100 patients who underwent mechanical ventilation in our hospital from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the subjects of this study and divided into 2 groups according to the computer table method. All patients were given early enteral nutrition treatment, 50 patients in the control group were monitored by internal abdominal pressure, and 50 patients in the experimental group were monitored by ultrasound on the basis of the control group.
Results The mechanical ventilation time, ICU stay time, challenging enteral nutrition time and enteral nutrition standard time of the experimental group were shorter or earlier than those of the control group. After intervention, the serum index level of the experimental group was better than that of the control group (P<0.05).
Conclusion   The use of intraabdominal pressure combined with ultrasound to monitor gastric residual volume during early enteral nutrition therapy in patients with mechanical ventilation has a significant application effect, which can shorten the time of mechanical ventilation and improve the nutritional status of patients, and is worthy of clinical application.
