The impact of community comprehensive intervention on compliance behavior of elderly patients with urinarytract infections
社区综合干预对老年泌尿系感染患者遵医行为的影响

摘要

目的 回顾分析老年泌尿系感染中实施社区综合干预的作用。方法 纳入时间为 2022 年 1 月到 2022 年 12 月，将该时间段院内老年泌尿系患者 71 例进行研究讨论，通过随机分配法安排为对照组（37 例实施常规 护理方案）、观察组（34 例实施社区综合干预方案），分析干预结果。结果 观察组各项遵医行为评分均高于对 照组，统计学结果 P<0.05，差异较大。观察护理满意度高于对照组，统计学结果 P<0.05，差异较大。观察组焦 虑情绪评分与抑郁情绪评分低于对照组，统计学结果 P<0.05，差异较大。结论 于老年泌尿系统感染中应用社区 综合干预，可对患者遵医行为产生积极影响，提高满意度。

Abstract

Objective To review and analyze the role of community comprehensive intervention in elderly urinary tract infections. Method The inclusion period was from January 2022 to December 2022. A total of 71 elderly urological patients in the hospital during this period were studied and discussed. They were randomly assigned to a control group (37 cases implemented routine nursing plans) and an observation group (34 cases implemented community comprehensive intervention plans), and the intervention results were analyzed. Result The scores of compliance behaviors in the observation group were higher than those in the control group, with a statistical result of P<0.05, indicating a significant difference. The observation showed that nursing satisfaction was higher than that of the control group, with a statistical result of P<0.05, indicating a significant difference. The anxiety and depression scores in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, with a statistical result of P<0.05, indicating a significant difference.
Conclusion   The application of community comprehensive intervention in elderly Urinary system infection can have a positive impact on patients' compliance behavior and improve their satisfaction.
