延续性护理对前列腺增生电切术后患者的影响

摘要

目的 分析对前列腺增生电切术后患者进行延续性护理的效果。方法 选择 2021 年 3 月-2023 年 5 月 这一时段为研究时段，抽取在我院接受前列腺增生电切术的患者 80 例，按照护理方式的不同分为对照组 40 例接 受常规护理，观察组 40 例接受延续性护理，对比两组患者出院后自我护理能力评分，同时对比两组患者尿失禁 的相关数据。结果 观察组出院后的自我护理能力评分和尿失禁的频率次数明显优于对照组，两项对比差异均有 统计学意义，P﹤0.05。结论 延续性护理打破固定医疗场所护理，让患者享受持续不间断的护理，可提高自我护 理能力和改善尿失禁并发症，积极意义明显，值得应用。

Abstract

Objective To analyze the effectiveness of continuous care for patients with prostate hyperplasia after electrocision.
Methods The period from March 2021 to May 2023 was selected as the research period. Eighty patients who received electroresection of benign prostatic hyperplasia in our hospital were selected. According to the different nursing methods, 40 patients were divided into the control group and the observation group. 40 patients received continuous nursing. The scores of self-care ability of patients in the two groups after discharge were compared, and the related data of Urinary incontinence in the two groups were compared.
Results The self-care ability score and the frequency of Urinary incontinence in the observation group were significantly better than those in the control group after discharge, and the difference between the two was statistically significant (P<0.05).
Conclusion   Continuous nursing can break the fixed medical place nursing and let patients enjoy continuous nursing, which can improve their self-care ability and improve the complications of Urinary incontinence. It has obvious positive significance and is worth applying.
