摘要
目的 本文主要目的为探讨路径化护理服务在健康管理中心应用中对其体检效果以及满意度的影响。
方法 选取 2022 年 1 月-2023 年 1 月期间到健康管理中心接受体检的受检者 100 例作为研究对象,按照随机数
字表法将其分为对照组和实验组,每组受检者 50 例,对照组采用常规护理,实验组受检者采用路径化护理,对
比两组护理效果。结果 实验组对护理的满意程度与体检项目完成率显著高于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05);
同时实验组护患纠纷率显著低于对照组,有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 路径化护理可提升健康管理中心体检
质量,提升受检者护理满意度并降低护患纠纷率。

Abstract
Objective The main purpose of this article is to explore the impact of pathway based nursing services
on the physical examination results and satisfaction of health management centers. Method 100 subjects who underwent
physical examinations at the Health Management Center from January 2022 to January 2023 were selected as the
research subjects. They were divided into a control group and an experimental group using a random number table
method, with 50 subjects in each group. The control group received routine care, while the experimental group received
pathway based care. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Result The satisfaction level of nursing and
the completion rate of physical examination items in the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the
control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05); At the same time, the nurse patient dispute rate in the experimental
group was significantly lower than that in the control group, with statistical significance (P<0.05). Conclusion Pathway
nursing can improve the physical examination quality of the health management center, improve the nursing satisfaction
of the examinees and reduce the rate of nurse patient disputes.
