Clinical study on comprehensive oral nursing intervention to prevent dental caries in children
综合口腔护理干预预防儿童龋齿的临床研究

摘要

目的 探讨并分析综合口腔护理干预对于预防儿童龋齿的临床应用效果。方法 选取我院 2021 年 10 月到 2022 年 6 月期间的 60 例进行口腔检查的儿童为本次研究对象。并采取计算机表法对其进行研究，分为研 究组和对照组，每组 30 例儿童，研究组儿童采取综合口腔护理干预，对照组儿童采取常规护理干预，对比分析 两种护理方式预防儿童龋齿的临床效果。结果 研究组儿童的口腔健康行为，主要包括口腔清洁、饮食习惯以及 牙齿保健等各项评分均显著高于对照组；研究组儿童在防龋操作过程中的配合度（96.67%）显著高于对照组 （76.67%）；研究组儿童龋齿的发生率（3.33%）显著低于对照组（26.67%），差异显著。结论 将综合口腔护 理干预应用于进行口腔检查的儿童中，能够有效提高儿童的口腔健康行为以及口腔操作过程的配合度，对于预防 儿童龋齿具有显著效果，值得在目前临床中推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical application effect of comprehensive oral nursing intervention on the prevention of dental caries in children.
Methods A total of 60 children who underwent oral examination in our hospital from October 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the objects of this study. And take the computer table method to study it, divided into study group and control group, each group of 30 cases of children, study group of children to take comprehensive oral care intervention, control group of children to take routine care intervention, comparative analysis of two kinds of nursing methods to prevent children caries clinical effect.
Results The oral health behaviors of children in the study group, including oral cleanliness, eating habits and dental health, were significantly higher than those in the control group. The coordination degree of children in the study group (96.67%) was significantly higher than that in the control group (76.67%). The incidence of caries in the study group (3.33%) was significantly lower than that in the control group (26.67%).
Conclusion   The application of comprehensive oral nursing intervention in children undergoing oral examination can effectively improve the children's oral health behavior and the degree of cooperation in the oral operation process, and has a significant effect on the prevention of dental caries in children, and is worth to be popularized in clinical application.
