探讨日常生活护理干预对小儿糖尿病的治疗效果

摘要

目的 探究日常生活护理干预度小儿糖尿病的治疗效果。方法 选取 2021.1-2022 期间我院收治的小 儿糖尿病患儿 30 例，随机分组为对照组和观察组，每组各 15 例患儿，对照组进行常规护理干预，观察组进行 日常生活护理干预，对比两组护理干预后的血糖水平、并发症发生率以及护理满意度。结果 观察组的血糖水平 明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）；观察组的并发症发生率明显低于对照组，差异具有统计学 意义（p＜0.05）；观察组的护理满意度明显高于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（p＜0.05）。结论 日常生活护理 干预应用于小儿糖尿病的治疗中有显著效果，能够有效地改善患儿的血糖水平，降低患儿的并发症发生率，提 高护理满意度，值得临床推广应用。

Abstract

Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of daily life nursing intervention on children with diabetes.
Methods 30 children with diabetes admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to 2022 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, with 15 children in each group. The control group received routine nursing intervention, while the observation group received daily life nursing intervention. The blood glucose level, complication rate and nursing satisfaction of the two groups after nursing intervention were compared. Result The blood glucose level of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group, with a statistically significant difference (p<0.05); The incidence of complications in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05); The nursing satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (p<0.05).
Conclusion   The application of daily life nursing intervention in the treatment of children with diabetes has significant effect, which can effectively improve the blood sugar level of children, reduce the incidence of complications of children, and improve nursing satisfaction. It is worthy of clinical application.
